    Everything you love about our signature Slow Flow—plus a little extra. This class adds deeper strength-building, creative sequencing, and advanced options for students ready to challenge themselves. Come ready to explore your edge!

  • Rocket Vinyasa

    Inspired by the Ashtanga system, Rocket is an energetic, playful, and fast-paced practice designed to “get you there faster.” Expect inversions, arm balances, and freedom to modify or amplify. A fun choice for experienced yogis craving movement and sweat.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    A full-body workout that blends yoga, light weights, and cardio for a dynamic, upbeat flow set to music. Yoga Sculpt helps tone, boost endurance, and build heat—without losing the breathwork and grounding that makes yoga so transformative.

  • Fun Fridays

    Your end-of-week reset. Each Friday brings something new—soulful movement, playful sequences, uplifting music, and an interactive class designed to help you release the week and reconnect with joy. Great for all levels and perfect to bring a friend!

  • Yin Yoga

    A deeply meditative and grounding practice focused on long, passive holds to target fascia, joints, and deep connective tissue. Yin helps increase flexibility and restore energetic balance. Ideal for those seeking stillness, recovery, or stress relief.

  • Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation

    Rest, restore, and receive. This gentle class uses props to fully support the body in restful postures on the ground  that soothe the nervous system and encourage deep healing. Each passive pose  is held for an extended amount time giving the body and nervous system time to settle.   Enjoy a guided meditation and gentle breathwork.  Perfect for anyone needing to slow down, recover, and destress.  Great for those brand new to yoga.
