Maria Gapasin-Eggers
Hi, I’m Maria Gapasin-Eggers—loving wife, animal and human advocate, sister, daughter, friend, and devoted student of life. I’ve called Tracy home for decades, and since 2005, I’ve had the honor of serving this community through the healing arts—whether on the mat, in the treatment room, or in the quiet, sacred spaces in between.
My yoga journey began in the early ‘90s in the Bay Area. What started as a way to stay in shape quickly became a practice that awakened something deeper in me. Yoga helped me feel strong, fearless, and profoundly connected—not just to my body, but to my spirit.
Ten years into my practice, life delivered me a wake-up call in the form of a car accident that broke my back—and opened my heart. The physical healing I experienced through breath, movement, stillness, and presence was so powerful, I knew I couldn’t keep this path to myself. I felt called to teach, to share, and to remind others of their own inner wisdom and resilience.
I’ve been teaching for over 16 years now, and every class is a sacred offering. My teaching style is creative, soul-centered, intuitive, and deeply nourishing. I call it “ancient ways with a modern twist.” You’ll find elements of yoga philosophy, meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, music that stirs the soul, and the lived experience of my years as a massage therapist, esthetician, and wellness guide.
I believe that yoga is not just a practice—it’s a path. One that welcomes you exactly as you are. One that challenges you, reveals you, holds you, and ultimately, brings you home to yourself.
In 2023, I opened Align Yoga Tracy—a sanctuary for movement, stillness, community, and growth. It’s a space where you can be seen, supported, and empowered. I also continue to offer healing through Essential Skincare & Bodywork, a heart-led practice I began nearly 20 years ago.
I’m here to remind you that healing isn’t linear, presence is powerful, and joy is sacred. I believe in the beauty of simplicity, the power of showing up, and the truth that our greatest awakenings often come from our deepest challenges.
My invitation to you: come as you are. Breathe. Move. Listen. Release what’s no longer yours to carry. And remember—
“The greatest teacher will always send you back to yourself.”
Let’s walk this path together.
Lyndel Ulloa
Hi. I’m Lyndel Ulloa. I’ve always believed that movement is the best medicine. After giving birth to four children, I was dealing with constant aches and pains, and in 2010, I turned to yoga for relief. What I found was so much more than physical healing—yoga transformed not only my body but also my mind. Through the practice, I discovered a path to deeper awareness and gratitude, and I realized I could help others find that same connection by becoming a teacher.
In my classes, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where curiosity and self-appreciation are encouraged. I want my students to feel empowered to advocate for their own bodies—to notice what serves them and what doesn’t. I truly believe that how we show up on our mat mirrors how we show up in life, and that’s what makes the practice of yoga so deeply transformational.
Maarie Govea
Hiii! My name is Marie Govea I am a mother, daughter, teacher, student, kindergarten educator, cosmetologist and a lover of the sun and the moon. Cute animals and fluffy clouds make me happy. I love doughnuts and matcha. I practice a "clean" lifestyle. I believe health and happiness are the ultimate wealth, and there is no better feeling than a calm nervous system. I have been practicing Yoga regularly since 2021, I completed my 200 YTT in 2024 and have been teaching at Align Yoga Tracy ever since. After Asana became a regular practice for me I was awakened to the full potential of a life shaped around the 8 limbs. I feel it is now my responsibility and honor to be present and hold space for other people who wish to raise their consciousness and learn as much as they can during this human experience. I have died and been re-born in this lifetime more times than I can count. Authenticity, duality and alchemy are my superpowers. I feel EVERYTHING with unfathomable depth which is why I cry in 80% of situations. I embody that you can be a person of peace who is also skilled at war. I believe that we must completely break in order to rebuild. I am extremely transparent about the things I have experienced in life always with the hope and intention that through my sharing you can take something to ease your struggles and to know that you are not alone. Grounding and self-love / acceptance of self in all seasons is something I consider is all of my teachings. I am all about respecting our bodies and our practice. Honoring every moment we share together with truth and laughter. My style is gentle, basic and mindful.
