Maria Gapasin-Eggers

I’m Maria, founder of Align Yoga Tracy. Yoga has been a lifelong companion for me, and my classes are a reflection of both the ancient wisdom of the practice and the creative nature of the human spirit. Rooted in tradition yet open to modern insight, each class is crafted with thoughtful themes that invite curiosity, exploration, and deeper self-connection.

For me, yoga is more than movement…it’s a way of remembering love, honoring presence, and creating a space where everyone belongs. My intention is to hold an inclusive sanctuary where students of all stages of life feel supported, inspired, and at home.

Beyond the studio, I continue my path of caring for others through my esthetician and massage therapy practice, where I’ve spent decades supporting women in every season of life. Whether through touch or teaching, my work is devoted to nurturing body, mind, and spirit with compassion and joy - when we feel better we do better helping the world to be a better place.

Lyndel Ulloa

Hi. I’m Lyndel Ulloa. I’ve always believed that movement is the best medicine. After giving birth to four children, I was dealing with constant aches and pains, and in 2010, I turned to yoga for relief. What I found was so much more than physical healing—yoga transformed not only my body but also my mind. Through the practice, I discovered a path to deeper awareness and gratitude, and I realized I could help others find that same connection by becoming a teacher.

In my classes, I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where curiosity and self-appreciation are encouraged. I want my students to feel empowered to advocate for their own bodies—to notice what serves them and what doesn’t. I truly believe that how we show up on our mat mirrors how we show up in life, and that’s what makes the practice of yoga so deeply transformational.

Marie Govea

Hiii! My name is Marie Govea I am a mother, daughter, teacher, student, kindergarten educator, cosmetologist and a lover of the sun and the moon. Cute animals and fluffy clouds make me happy. I love doughnuts and matcha. I practice a "clean" lifestyle. I believe health and happiness are the ultimate wealth, and there is no better feeling than a calm nervous system. I have been practicing Yoga regularly since 2021, I completed my 200 YTT in 2024 and have been teaching at Align Yoga Tracy ever since. After Asana became a regular practice for me I was awakened to the full potential of a life shaped around the 8 limbs. I feel it is now my responsibility and honor to be present and hold space for other people who wish to raise their consciousness and learn as much as they can during this human experience. I have died and been re-born in this lifetime more times than I can count. Authenticity, duality and alchemy are my superpowers. I feel EVERYTHING with unfathomable depth which is why I cry in 80% of situations. I embody that you can be a person of peace who is also skilled at war. I believe that we must completely break in order to rebuild. I am extremely transparent about the things I have experienced in life always with the hope and intention that through my sharing you can take something to ease your struggles and to know that you are not alone. Grounding and self-love / acceptance of self in all seasons is something I consider is all of my teachings. I am all about respecting our bodies and our practice. Honoring every moment we share together with truth and laughter. My style is gentle, basic and mindful.

Sarah Elena

Hi, I’m Sarah Elena. I’ve been teaching and nourishing students since 2006, and over the years my practice has become this beautiful blend of storytelling, real-life lessons, and a heart-centered focus. Yoga, for me, is less about perfect poses and more about creating space for connection—to ourselves, to each other, and to the present moment.

In my classes, you’ll find a mix of slow flow, restorative movement, and guided meditation, woven together with encouragement to play, laugh, and communicate. I love bringing people together for AcroYoga play days, where trust, joy, and community become just as important as the physical practice.

Outside the studio, I’m a mom and a humanitarian at heart—I believe love, service, and compassion are practices just as powerful as any yoga pose. My hope is that every class feels like a space where you can soften, explore, and leave a little more connected than when you arrived.
